Privacy Policy

Fleckenstein Data is a d/b/a of Fleck Industries LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you send us: what you enter in our forms (name, work email, company, website, what you sell, the customers and area you want) and anything you write to us by email.
- Business contact information about companies we research: company names and websites, and the names, job titles and work email addresses of business contacts, taken from public sources such as company websites and business directories, and checked with an email verification service.
- Payment information: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
How we use it
- to reply to you, prepare the free sample you request, and deliver services you buy;
- to research and contact businesses by business email, for ourselves or for our clients;
- to keep the records our business requires, such as invoices and opt-out lists.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy terms: website hosting and forms (Netlify), email (Google Workspace), payments (Stripe), email verification, web search, and AI writing tools that help draft emails. Research we do for a client is delivered to that client. We do not sell the personal information you submit through this site.
If you received an email from us
Every email includes a way to opt out. Reply "unsubscribe" or email cooper@fleckensteindata.com, and we will stop contacting you. We keep a minimal suppression record (your email address and the date) so you are never contacted again, including on behalf of our clients.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except the suppression record above and records we must keep by law. Email cooper@fleckensteindata.com.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, protect it with access controls, and keep backups with reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes and contact
We post any changes on this page with a new date. Questions: cooper@fleckensteindata.com.
